What are our dues paying for?
- we own the retaining area at the end of Cherry Laurel since all of our streets drain there. As owners, we are responsible to maintain and dredge the sediment which is a costly process.

-Improvements to house exterior including but not limited to paint color, fence height and makeup , etc MUST be approved by the Architectural Committee (the Board). Failure to do so will result in penalties until issues are corrected.
