HOA Meeting attempt #2 Nov 11 @ 5:30,
We did not meet quorum participation minimum requirements for 51% attendance ( 14 households out of 26) at 1st meeting. So our next attemp will be Nov 10 @ 5:30 near cul de sac. Quorum requirement is 30% (8 households) for 2nd attempt.
Topics will be :
Electing new board officers.
We are a self managed HOA to keep costs and dues to a minimum. We were previously managed by an HOA company and our rates would be 2x or even 3x what they are now! Officers need to be rotated especially Treasurer for obvious reasons.

What are our dues paying for?
- we own the retaining area at the end of Cherry Laurel since all of our streets drain there. As owners, we are responsible to maintain and dredge the sediment and remove / study contaminents, which is a costly process.
